Food and service here are stellar! My server’s name was Kristen and she was an absolute delight - very attentive, quick, helpful when I wasn’t sure what to get, and on top of all that, she anticipated whatever my table needed. Her recommendations of the ribeye with the rice and mushrooms were delicious. The bread and butter were so good, I’m sure I’ll be back for that alone! Everyone there is so sweet and polite, but Kristen and Madison deserve honorable mentions as they were both wonderful. I hope to be back soon and try more of the food, drinks, and desserts!

Food is always good and decently priced. Usually long wait times to get seated during peak dining but checking in online/being on the waitlist helps

It was freezing in this restaurant I had to eat with my coat on asked waitress to turn up the heat but got no response. My 16oz. Ribeye steak was awful tough as shoe leather now you know why I haven't been back here in 20 years and I will never ever go back there again.

First time, went in just after they opened. Asked to see if I could watch sports by the bar. Seated quickly with a big smile, my friend was running late and they directed him right to me. The food was outstanding, my buddy had the pork chop, he was glad he just got one he said it was delicious. My chicken salad was great. Saw someone's steak and it made my mouth water even though I was full. The waitress was verynice, cheerful and fun. Go there!!!Parking: Out front, lots.Kid-friendliness: Saw some kids having a blast.Wheelchair accessibility: No curbs, wide doors and person to help you to your table.

Favorite location! We joined the waitlist on the app and did not have to wait long at all to get seated. Our servers name was Sam and she was so sweet and was one of the best servers we have had!!

The food was ok, typical Texas Roadhouse, same with the atmosphere. However, our server ranked right up there with the worst servers I've ever had. Constantly ignoring us while standing feet away, we basically had to beg for drink refills. He was so busy talking to other servers that he couldn't be bothered to check on tables. Wrong food brought out, forgot the to-go box, the list goes on.

There are reasons this location is always busy. First, the quality and preparation of the menu selections. Second, the welcoming staff, from the people taking seating requests to the positive people, seating clientele. Third, our server, Samantha, was cheerful, helpful, and accommodating every request. Other chains should clone her.Returning to the first reason to dine at T.R., we chose the 12 Oz. Texas Ribeye steaks. These were fantastic. Tender, char-broiled to perfection. My dining partner chose a baked potato while I chose a sweet potato. Both were generous in size and flavor. The bottom line is that as long as these high standards remain, we will return again and again.

We eat here a lot . Today I ordered 8oz rib-eye and shrimp. I ordered mine medium rare, pink inside please…. I was given a well done plus steak…. Tried a bite awful…. The manager came to our table… a girl with really long dishwater blonde hair… is everything ok she asked… I immediately pointed at my steak… began to talk to her she then looked at my wife and daughter….AS I WAS TALKING TO HER ABOUT MY LOUSY STEAK… and she walked away from our table…LAST TIME I SPEND MY MONEY THERE…I get MUCH better food at the Beef Caver in Royal Oak

Horrible service this place had us waiting for 130 minutes for as I knew to reserve online the front desk staff are young ladies that do not have the experience to handle the volume and kinds of customers, while talking and not paying attention to customers, then got Manager and he wanted to go back and forth about being in a que that they never paged me on as I showed him my first txt at 709pm to now it was 821, putting ppl in front of my party so take your chances coming here I really feel discriminated as the only darker color in the this place
