Caribbean Authentic Cuisine offers delicious food with hearty portions and layered flavors. The small jerk chicken was enough for two meals, and the yams tasted like home-cooked candied yams. Despite longer wait times, the jerk chicken and oxtail were described as out of this world good, with phenomenal plantains and flavorful red beans and rice.
