Everything was delicious! I had the jangtuktukbap and barley tea. My Dad got the kimchi jiggae and beef jap chae. We loved all of it. The seaweed was also the best I've ever had.
We drove a couple of hours to go to HMart and noticed their sign and my kiddo loves to try new things. Great good, very nice employees and service. We can’t wait to go again.

Dae Jang Keum is a popular Korean BBQ restaurant in MI. The servers grill meats at your table, serving them hot. Appetizers like deep-fried eggplant and mung bean sticky rice are a hit. The atmosphere is lively, with disco lights and birthday celebrations. Portions are generous, with dishes like grilled mackerel and fried chicken. The restaurant also offers dishes such as Army Stew, Cold Noodles, and Jjamppong, which are praised for their delicious taste. Service is quick and attentive, with a friendly staff that brings many Banchan, often enough to be a meal on their own. The environment feels upscale, and the place is suitable for special occasions or trying Korean BBQ for the first time. Prices are reasonable considering the large portions, with entrees around $14-$17. The restaurant is located in a big shopping center with several restaurants and markets, offering easy parking and good wheelchair accessibility.
