Please don't go, and check your food they have a young lady at register taking your order and not telling you the truth about your sides to get you to spend more money. The food is terrible and very dirty customer service.

Chicken tasted old and like it had sat out then they re-fried it again. Happened more than once. They weren't friendly at all either. I think about that experience everytime I think about getting food at this location. So I haven't been back there. As convenient as it would be to grab something from them, I honestly avoid that place now lol.

This location has gone downhill. Last 2 times I ordered, the chicken was dry and overly salted. I noticed not one drumstick in my 16 piece order the time before and thought maybe just a fluke. Nope. Got 9 wings this time out of 16 pieces. No dark meat at all. Only dry salty breasts and tiny wings with hardly any meat on them. Coleslaw looks like it was made in a blender- pulverized! This place used to be good. So sad. Will not be back.

This was my first time ever having Chicken Shack. I was highly disappointed. For what I paid for, the prices were way too high to get that type of service I got. I ordered 5 piece chicken tender dinner, and they were done within minutes of we being there. So when I got home, the tender were overcooked and dry as hell. I couldn't barely even chewy it had to put ranch on it to be able to eat it. The cod diner was ok, nothing special. I will never go to this location again. Maybe another location is better.

Used to be a very good chicken shack. Now the food is just awful. I stopped in today to get the chicken sandwich and broasted potatoes. They're supposed to potatoes with fried hard the sandwich was blah had no taste. And it was made very sloppy. Won't be going back to this chicken shack ever again.
Order was wrong for a 200 dollar bill. Had to go back and get another meal. Manager was very rude person. Chicken was very dry and tasteless, will never go back.

I was the only one there at 5pm, and it took 5 min for anyone to ask what I wanted. Another 5 to prep my order! The Taco Salad had a half cup of toppings...very skimpy. They charge way too much for what you get. Specialty tacos for $7. No thanks.
