The food is pretty good it's flavor is consistent with the other chicken shacks. Had one bad experience that turned me off from continuing to go to that location. I had to check the male employee about his coustomer service. I'm literally standing at the register talking to him about the text that was sent to me concerning the awards. I guess their local boy crush came in behind me. Because the cashier server stopped talking to and begain to ask boy crush for his order...

I am a longtime customer of chicken shack, I like the flavor and crunch of the broasted cooking method. I should have looked closer at the description of the chicken bites. The grease seeped through the cardboard holder for the chicken bites, Chicken Bites were super greasy, 👎🏼 batter dipped=grease cooked=TUMS… live and learn.
