Angie took my order. She was so friendly and helpful with explaining the perks sign up, she packed my food with care taking care not to put the coleslaw close to the hot food and when I asked could she ring up a bottle of bbq sauce last minute, she kindly did it. She's an asset to your store and the food was the best. Everything tasted fresh and the potatoes had the right amount of seasoning and crispness.

This is my absolute favorite Chicken Shack. The restaurant is impeccably clean, the food is always delicious and cooked to perfection and the location is ultra convenient. As if all that wasn't enough, the best thing about this specific Chicken Shack is the staff, who are incredibly friendly and kind. My mom and I have been stopping in to order from this Chicken Shack since they opened and we have been so appreciative of an employee named Michelle, who is the nicest, kindest and most patient person I have met in some time. My mom was in a car accident a few years back and has a traumatic brian injury that sometimes affects her speech, making it difficult for her to get her order out quickly. Michelle always welcomes us with a smile, patiently takes our order and she does it all with a genuine friendliness and positive attitude that you just can't fake. In today's world of AI and technology, its really nice to be able to go somewhere where customer service still exists, and Michelle is the epitome of that! Michelle made a real difference for us with her kindness, friendliness and patience and because of her we always come back. With Michelle on the staff we know the food will always be great and the customer service just as good. Thank you Michelle!!!!

This is the best chicken shack! Whether you're coming in the am or pm the staff is extremely knowledgeable and nice. The customer service is also top tier. Lastly, lets not forget about the bbq wing dings and the broasted potatoes 🔥
