Alli provided great service during our visit to Ichiban Japanese Bistro. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our experience and appreciate her excellent customer service!
This was our second time there but didn’t do hibachi, we did dining instead. We were there on a Tuesday which was not busy at all, the service was really slow. We ordered a couple appetizers, calamari and ragoons, the calamari were over fried and salty, couldn’t complain to our server cause she barely checked on us. We ordered one entree and sushi, the entree came out at a timely matter, the sushi did not, we waited like twenty extra minutes for our sushi,...
