Coming here was the best life changing thing for me, Ariel helped me to start making my own teas, shakes at home. I quit drinking coffee and pop which was a huge thing. I loved coffee so much but now i don't even think about it. I was 165 when i started this program and I'm down to 120-125 now. I used the multi burn which i think truly helped with my hashimotos hypothyroidism to get over the hump of not losing. If you're dedicated it will be the best change...
We’re regulars. And there’s a reason for it. Ariel and her family make this daily stop fun, and it’s truly something that not just I look forward to, but my littles love it too. Everyone here beams with smiles when they see you come in and are so incredibly kind. We will always make MCN a daily occurrence.
