Service is crap & the drive thru just have you waiting and then you switch drive thru and then they help the person behind you. They see you in the camera and probably select who they make wait smh

Location is open 24 hours... But was refused service at 420am "because they only had 3 employees" ... While driving around the drive thru saw employee just standing there. So they are getting paid to be open 24 hours, yet turning away paying customers...that's unacceptable! Drove to 15/van dyke location and was served with a smile :) AND THEY ALSO ONLY HAD 3 EMPLOYEES WORKING ALL NIGHT LONG AND WERE NOT TURNING PAYING CUSTOMERS AWAY

Ordered a pick up. Apparently the staff locked the doors early and wouldn’t let me or anyone else pick up inside. They wanted us to go to the drive through and wait in the insanely long line. I called the store and the girl was rude and said they were busy. I never got my food after waiting for over 30 minutes. Super rude staff working tonight. Why let me order pick up when your staff can just close the doors and ignore you so you go away.
