They were out of chicken.
Waited over 10 minutes for my order, which was fine I understand places get busy.
After leaving the line, I realized my sauces were missing, so I went back and politely asked for some. The employee with braids working the counter on June 21 gave me two sauces. When I politely asked for more because I had over 15 pieces of chicken, she grabbed additional sauces, tossed them into my hand, and walked away.
Completely rude and unprofessional. I understand everyone has bad days, but customers deserve basic courtesy and respect. I spent my hard-earned money here and expected better customer service.
Management may want to provide additional customer service training, because interactions like this leave a lasting impression.

Constantly the worst service…this is the 3rd time in a row that no acknowledges me or even takes my order. They’re too busy socializing…
Every time I come to this location they always run out of things such as hot sauce and there is always a long wait time no matter what time of day it is! How you don’t have hot sauce and it’s only the afternoon!!!!!!!
It was one of the worst experiences i’ve ever gotten. They did not offer me $6 meal while charging me $8 for it. I asked them if i can get $6 mean they refused to give me, she treated me really badly, the lady with the glasses and orange tshirt. I came in today at 1:30 pm June 16, 2026. She was very rude to me. She spoke to other people with an attitude too. She offered the customer after me the $6 deal but when i asked to change she got mad and said she can’t change it now. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever received from Popeyes. I used to come here before and everyone treated me good, but this lady makes me feel like not come back to this store again. Also their service is very slow, i had to wait 10 minutes for a 3 pc chicken, they had the chicken available but didn’t serve me. Worst experience in my life

Slow service and we were waiting for 5 minutes for fresh chicken and she gave us the chicken that was sitting there the whole time. Also she gave us spicy when we asked for mild

I ordered 2 3-piece tender meals, 1 original and 1 spicy. The problem started at the drive thru where the workers were short and rude and not listening to us as we gave our order. Didn't even bother to ask me what kind of sauce I wanted and cut me off. We pulled up and they told us we needed to wait for our Fries and to pull foward and we did. We sat waiting for 10+ minutes as car after car after car pulled up behind us, got their food and then left. I finally went in and was met with confusion and kept being asked if my fries were missing from my order. I had to explain several times that I was never given my order and I was told to pull ahead to wait for fries. As I'm explaining this I'm watching several orders get filled with fries. Finally the employees realized they handed our food to someone else at the drivethru that pulled off. So I had to wait as they prepared my food again and I re-explained my order. Not one sorry was uttered. They could have cared less. To make matters worse we get home and the food is disgusting. The biscuits were hockey pucks, the chicken was barley a tender. Pieces that were just fried with barely any meat to them. My box had 2 tenders, not 3 and they were spicy when I specially asked for original. The fries we couldn't even finish. They had this weird burnt taste. Like a old fire, smokey taste that lingered. We couldn't even finish them. Quality was absolutely atrocious and the customer service was horiffic. People make mistakes, I get that. But the whole time I was there it was like I was doing something wrong by asking them to prepare my food that I ordered and paid for. Like I was the one bothering and irritating them. We went out of our way to go to this specific location because I used to live over near the location and loved it. I used to go all the time. The staff was kind and polite and the food was good, best popeyes in the area. Not sure what happened but it's fallen off...
WAY off. I won't be back. After several failed attempts to find a decent popeyes in my area I think it's time to just give it up and change to another chicken franchise.

I went through the drive thru, and they weren't busy, there were no cars ahead of me. I ordered one combo meal, and they were out of biscuits. They had me pull up and wait 10+ minutes, then brought me out cold fries and a sandwich, after 2-3 cars behind me got their food at the window. Disappointed!

They had a 2 for 1 and I ordered on Doordash to work. My food was hot from this location and the biscuit was buttery and soft. Good Job to the staff if they would of put hot sauce in the bag I would of gave another star.

Forgot multiple items with no refund/store credit of any sort. when we said we couldn't go all the way back, they said theres nothing they can do, no credits for what was missing, and obviously a refund for the sandwich, large fries, and wrong box of chicken was out of the question. Missing one item can be frustrating, but it happens and usually its made up for. Missing multiple items, messing up the ones you put in the bag, and refusing a refund is just theft.
I wish I could give this a BIG FAT 0 this particular location is trash ποΈ somebody need to get that trash of a so called manager out of there . Had an almost $60 order online for 9:30p got there at set time the manager she was very unprofessional, and rude arguing with a customer, and cursing . When I asked where my order was she said it was not ready.!!!!! Why whatβs the point of ordering online if I have to wait for it like I placed it in the store.!!!!!!!
Terrible I donβt recommend coming here, made us pay for something they didnβt have
