I spent $12.53 on my order and threw everything away except my bag of chips the second I walked out the door. PLEASE be mindful that we’re wearing masks to keep germs out of our body. So when your staff wipes their nose with their glove hand and proceeds to make my sandwich, then sticks that same finger into my soup cup I was disgusted completely. I refrained from calling the employee out on this and I shouldn’t have, nor should I have paid for the food. I do not want someone else’s snot in my food.

After waiting 20 minutes at the drive thru for my order, the whole thing was wrong and we were unable to eat it. This was at the 16 mile and Van Dyke location. It was $22.00 wasted on a 12 inch subway melt and 6 inch turkey sub. I will never go back there.

The drive up was the only purchase point. The automated system took my order But there wasn't any one inside the store!!! Waited 20 minutes to verify that there wasn't anyone there- pitiful.

They jacked up prices more than 25% in one week after profit sharing. Hmm.... I don't like being gouged and only eat here as a last resort. Jimmy John's delivers so it's not that often that I go here.

Everytime I go in the to get food in the morning there closed how is a 24 hr business closed very poor service in the morning love the crew on 2nd the manager needs to pull her head out of her bum and get ur stuff together ur losing business

Overpriced employees almost universally have a horrible attitude and are just miserable people in general. I wish they would get rid of this location.

I went through the drive thru and had to wait 20 minutes for sandwich. The people inside were always going to the back of the store out of sight. I had to retell person getting my order what I told the computer I wanted. Two other cars left without getting orders. Is this fast food? Maybe I should go elsewhere for FAST food.
