I spent $12.53 on my order and threw everything away except my bag of chips the second I walked out the door. PLEASE be mindful that we’re wearing masks to keep germs out of our body. So when your staff wipes their nose with their glove hand and proceeds to make my sandwich, then sticks that same finger into my soup cup I was disgusted completely. After waiting 20 minutes at the drive thru for my order, the whole thing was wrong and we were unable to eat it. This was at the 16 mile and Van Dyke location. It was $22.00 wasted on a 12 inch subway melt and 6 inch turkey sub. I will never go back there.
The drive up was the only purchase point. The automated system took my order But there wasn't any one inside the store!!! Waited 20 minutes to verify that there wasn't anyone there- pitiful.
