costs $5 more for a meatball sub here over the subway near my house. not only that but i had to leave the drive-thru and go inside because of poorly written menu options that had the meatball sub under "build your own". why is the meatball sub or any sub that's already established as its own thing under a menu labeled "build your own"? build your own should mean that you start from scratch. why are things so difficult nowadays?

Check your order.... did order on drive through got to window to find out of tuna... then when they gave us the rest it was 2 6inch and not the 1 6inch and 1 ft long... not worth going back to fix.

I ordered 2 subs this evening. I regret that I went here without reading the reviews. The subs were gross. Do not waste your money. I hope this location goes out of business. They don't care about their jobs. They have awful subs and service.

How can you charge $15 for an ultimate bmt or any sandwich there is not double the meat on this. I can buy 3lbs of lunch meat for the price of this no meat sandwich. Subs should $4 for a foot long any sub the prices of sandwich’s is jsut ridiculous

I used to LOVE this location I lived down the street, I worked an overnight job so being able to come here at all hours of the night was definitely a blessing even tho they’re a lot more expensive then the other subways in the area . I moved a few months back so I don’t frequent it the way I used to anymore but today I placed an order and decided to go there to pick it up. Upon arrival the screen you use to order was blacked out and I could tell ppl were going inside to order so I pulled around the drive thru since I already had ordered online. I was greeted with an older white women that opened the window and said “ CAN I HELP YOU” “WHAT” I said I placed a mobile order she followed that with “ oh the one that was placed 2 seconds ago yeah you’re gonna have to wait” and slammed the window. This location has gone down hill and definitely hired the wrong ppl because they wont be getting my business again.

This place can't make their food right. Learn how to read. Go out of business already. I'm not wasting my calories on food that can't be made right or even toasted. Worst subway in the area.

Went to this location today at 6pm to order a couple of subs. Walked inside and was not greeted at all. One employee was on her cell phone sitting at one of the tables and the other female employee at the counter was making an order. Zero acknowledgement or hello from either one. After about 1 minute, the employee sitting down finally got up and walked behind the counter and began to assist me. She seemed irritated and bothered by a customer coming in. I have been to this location many times and never had issues but today was a different level of unprofessional service and the employees expect a tip.
The Halloween decorations are really nice and the store is clean but the service today was horrible!
Zero stars for service.

The place was not clean. The toppings station was not clean, and then they were out of toppings. The employees didn't seem to care. I should have followed my first mind and purchased the sandwich... mad at myself. I'm going to find me another location period ?

I can't remember the last time I was so disappointed in a food place. We attempted drive thru but it was touch screen, it was too far away so we had to get out. It also would not allow us to select the veggies we wanted only what would normally be in the sandwich. Heaven forbid you want mayo instead of ranch.Then it erased our order after 10 min of ordering. So then we go inside, 20 minutes to get two 6 inches and a cookie. Not too MenTion paid for double meat and there was barely any meat in it. Toppings were scarce. Should've filled me up and left hungry. Never again will I purchase anything from this location.

this place is so disgusting. my brother got food from there, & in his drink was a fly. he caught it in his drink. Subway what are you doing dude??

This location is pretty bad. But today was the worst...they are super slow here and usually only have one person working. My bread was super undercooked, never seen that at a subway before, it had the texture of a sponge. And no browning or firmness to it, the lettuce and spinach trays had ice around the edges of it, making both mushy and yellow in texture, like when you leave lettuce in your fridge for too long. Don't they use fresh veggies every day? And if not you should properly store your food so it doesn't spoil. Bugs flying all around the pop machine, I tried to swat them away to fill my pop, when I looked down 2 dead bugs where in my sprite, completely lost my appetite. Aldo my same exact order is $10 at the 15 and schonner location and it's $13 here? Why is it $3 for 2 miles away for the same stuff?? With way worse quality and service
