I’m flabbergasted at how deplorable this Taco Bell location is. I typically avoid this location whenever possible but since it’s close to my house I took a chance today hoping the service and food would be better since it’s a Friday afternoon. I was wrong. The employees were incredibly rude and made me feel like a burden for walking into the restaurant to place an order. My food was put together as if a toddler made it. My cheesy Gordita crunch had an offending amount of sauce on it, literally triple the normal amount for no reason, dripping all over my bag; my cantina tacos were all ripped and my hard taco shells were broken upon receipt. Food is awful and if you get any grilled item it WILL BE BURNT. I hope this location closes forever.

Worst food experience I have ever had. They repeated the order back twice and we're still getting it incorrect so when I repeated it the third time you could hear a lady screaming in the background and cussing at me. How is it my fault the lady can't get the order right?? They didn't even fully enclose tacos in bag so everything spilled out of the tacos. The pintos and cheese had no red sauce just hard, dried out beans. The cheesy gorditta crunches were made incorrect. The order was still incorrect after repeating myself 3 times.

Dude, don't mess with my nachos. Or my tacos. Stole half our food, tried to violently upsell us food, wasn't at the drive thru window, an all around awful experience. Going to Del Taco next time.

If I could zero star I would every time I come the make an excuse to order online or pay with card only. Then you say you have cash they give you an attitude like they don’t wanna make the food. Bad location bad food rushing it. They always give dried potatoes in my taco and its crunchy hurts my teeth. The location has gone downhill since 2020 even to this day it’s bad.
Avoid this place, I'd give zero stars if I could. Not only are they more expensive than other Taco Bells but their food quality is terrible. $10 for a chalupa with barely any meat, stale shell and a burrito that had cheese all over the outside of the wrap. Contacted support and got no response still for a week now.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too . We have talked to management several times and i honestly think they are in cahoots with the staff . At one point they were cussing in Lobby including the manager when my 6 year old daughter needed to put her hands over her ears to not hear the f word . They short us food every single time , almost as if someone is stealing the food on the customers pocket book . It’s every time not exaggerating. Something is weird there ! The chips always taste like they are stale . We have made several complaints with no resolve .
