Jamont did an excellent job with customer service today. I ordered last night and it was late night busy but my order was all messed up. He understood the problem and he fixed it. That’s all we ask about a customer service and he did it all with a smile, I still will come to this location.
I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the guys working tonight. There was three of them, the only one I got the name of was Jamar. I had a strange vehicle following me and flashing their headlights at me. When I went into the taco bell parking lot, they went into the parking lot of the plaza next door and waited to see where I’d go.
