I have always come here since it is next door to one of my work locations and convenient. I order the same thing every time and get a Unsweetened Iced Tea for the drink. I have always gotten a free refill on the Iced Tea without any issues when I eat inside the restaurant. All of a sudden today I am told that refills are not free. I informed the girl that I have always gotten a refill on my drink and have never been charged. She stated that she didn't know about that because it has never been free at their store. I informed her that I will not be returning then since I can walk next door to the McDonalds and get refills on my Iced Tea there.

10-28-25 7:50 p.m. The two kids working, the one working at the window and the one preparing the beverages are always rude and they make an unnecessary comments on the beverages that I get almost every time I go there, constantly laughing, making jokes, giggling like toddlers very disrespectful, very rude, also very very judgemental. As a customer I pay you to make the beverages, you are not drinking them, I am and as an employee you make what I ask&pay for and you remain professional and you keep your nonsense to yourself, You are on the clock, I am not.

Went here ordered a xl coffee and asked for a donut for $1 as advertised, told you must use scan to pay to receive the donut for a dollar. Nothing on the sign mentions this. Will not patronize this Tim Hortons again. I will be contacting corporate about this.

I look forward this time of year for hot apple cider your web site said you carry it and the woman taking orders did even know what I was asking for then when she finally understood and I got to the window the all star group running the place tells me they don't have it and I can pick something else but by then I have to cause if I earlier id go to 18 mile and get it there better place by far.

The staff here are very nice and attentive! The facility is immaculate, the bathroom is spotless! I'm from the Toronto Ontario area, our Tim's could use a lesson from this Tim's! Keep up the great work, spotless facilities, especially the bathroom!!
Very clean and the employees are very nice and professional. The coffee is great! I ordered an iced caramel latte, add vanilla and whipped cream. It was so good I went back 5 minutes later and bought another medium, lol. The medium lattes are the size of a small so if you want an actual medium order a large.
