Hit or miss with the drinks—it’s like playing a game of Russian roulette, but with more sugar and caffeine! The employees are under-trained, so each drink is a surprise party for your taste buds. Who knows what you’ll get? It’s like ordering a pizza and getting a taco instead. Just remember, it’s all part of the adventure.

Okayy sooo even though I had to wait a bit for my sandwich it seemed like there was one woman doing most of the work my food was still awesome. She managed the chaos so well and professionally

Had an absolute train wreck of an experience. Priority was given to online pickups and drive-thru customers. The line to order at the counter was 14 deep at one point. I stood in line for at least 20 minutes before even speaking with an employee. Then I ordered and my order taker disappeared behind the wall. 5 minutes later another employee appeared and asked me what I ordered. I could not believe it. I got my simple order (doughnuts and a coffee) and left. I LOVE Tim Hortons...
