I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to the entire staff, but more specifically Amber. Amber was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was handled with care. The whole team was welcoming, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. It’s always nice to visit a location where the staff genuinely cares about creating a positive experience. This is my favorite Tim Hortons! I drive by about 4 TH’s on my way to work, and stop at this one for my daily breakfast. Thats because they are always super fast/efficient and my order is ways correct and freshly made. I use the mobile app to order and pay, and pick up in the drive through. Seriously takes less than 5 minutes. They are also very nice and great customer service when needed.
Amber was very helpful when it came to helping me pick out exactly what I needed! The workers and the establishment were very well ran and organized. I will most definitely be coming back!
