I’m totally staying with my 5 star rating but I have to say Today I purchased two containers of Ammoglio and it was not right! It was beyond repair salty. I’d like to believe this was an accident because in all my years I’ve never had a complaint. Please make sure the spices garlic salt and garlic powder are labeled 😂. Thanks

We had a 16 yr old waiting on us. No problem with the age except , he was more interested in talking to his friend.

Ordered 2 loaf size subs. I had to remind him of the extra items we ordered. He cut the bread and it feel apart. He gave it to us with the rest of the loaf. When he handed us the subs, one was wide open.

Bought 2 salads with the order. They were not bad.

Bought a pound of their cookies. Hard and stale. $16 for those.

Dirty rags laying around.

We won’t be going back. $96 later. Could have gone to a nice restaurant for that.

No adult manager in sight.

Just wanna say that the subs are really good, but the customer service is horrible. The employees are rude. Just like the owners are the lady that works behind. The register is one of the owners and she is very rude. Ordered a loaf sub and asked for product to be on the side, lettuce and dressing so the sub did not get soggy wasn’t eating it till later employee had a problem with that. Been in here several times in employees playing around that make the food for the subs Said something to the owner and he Did not care I could tell where the employees get their Attitude from. Plus, they are expensive and if that’s the way they treat the customers they will definitely lose business specially with all the new places opening up Owners hover around the register do not care how they talk to customers

Italian sub on a hand picked hard roll with the hot peppers! Italian Heaven on bread! Love everything in the store. Owner is a great human!

Every time I try to get food here they are CLOSED EARLY. I am not talking 10-15 minutes I am talking one time 2.5 hours today and hour early. I don't think I'll bother again. How annoying sitting in the parking lot wondering where to go for dinner now.
