We recently visited Zarzoor in Sterling Heights, and overall it was a great experience. The restaurant has a modern, beautiful atmosphere, and everyone was very welcoming from the moment we walked in. This was my first visit and I wanted to try the shrimp fettuccine (Shrimp Alfredo) because you don't always see it on a Mediterranean cuisine menu. I love seafood anyway. So my son also ordered kebab (which they only serve two pieces unlike other restaurants). We ended up waiting over one hour for both. The server kept bringing out bread because we were eating hummus.
