I'm not a huge fan of Cliff bar. it's a decent drinking bar with very much and Up North vibe, but I think the food is overrated. in my experience, staff is not terribly friendly either and I feel like I was overcharged on my most recent visit by the bartender which seemed a little bit shady.

Bad service. Ordered boneless chicken wings very stingy amounts. Waitress only came to our table once to bring food and that was it.

Great place in a small town atmosphere. Sit at the bar or in one of the dining tables. Not fancy, but that is why it is good. Pizza is AWESOME!!

The atmosphere was fine, it’s a bar, so the noise level is average. The food was excellent. The service was absolutely horrible. I say this as someone who spent all my twenties and part of my thirties waiting tables in busy bars are restaurants. The ticket time on our pizza was 55 minutes but the server rarely checked in, turned her back to us when she took other orders and ran off, let us sit in front of empty beers for 20 minutes, and refused to make eye contact as she simply yelled SORRY as she ran by without stopping. Unreal.
