My family comes here for Easter nearly every year. The food is very good, we all usually get the chicken dinner’s and then share the sides, coleslaw and cottage cheese. The dressing is not very good in my opinion, but that might just be personal preference. It’s very mushy, almost as mushy as the mashed potatoes.
Always the best chicken ever!The staff is super nice and always bustling!The fried chicken is always fresh, tasty, and never dry! We don't know how they do it! You can order in any combo, but I always get 2 breast's and taters w gravy and a side salad! The gravy is "jump in and roll around" delicious!Homestyle is the way to go for large groups with large bowls of taters and gravy, platters of chicken and bowls of hot vegetables!Great small town setting in an old home that's been added onto over the years.If you leave hungry, it's your own fault!

Took my mom, sister and BFF to try this restaurant. A bit out of the way but worth it. Best chicken dinner in Michigan! So much better than Frankenmuth. Can't wait for next time!
I can't express how disappointed I was after all this praise I heard about Iva's.Late fall just before the closed for the 2023 season.The relish tray was carrot sticks and some pickles.Chicken way over fryed and stringy.May have tried another piece, but the waitress was so slow that the wait got to the point of ridiculous. She was 10 years past her prime and very slow and messed up our order to begin with.It's like all of these reviews are made up or for a different restaurant than the one I went to.Parking: Not an issue
