Where to start Saturday night 9ish we walked in no greetings. 1st. We sat down 20 min the bartender/server comes to the table sorry I forgot you were there. 2nd I ordered their steak fot $22 when It came out I thought it was a joke this rib-eye maybe 6oz was super fatty and very thin I mean 5 cents in pennies would have been thicker asked for a baked potato and got a loaded tater skin. Mager /owner maybe brought my fist drink second one came and again server I forgot you were here. Time for the bill I had to hunt server/bartender down and asked for the bill and once again im sorry forgot you were there in my opinion he was more concerned with the bar then he was with his tables and unfortunately for him i could have easily spent $120 and instead walked out only spending $66+tip. In my opinion sip n whiskey need to do better in order for me to return

Friendly and welcoming staff. Very friendly. Atmosphere is amazing, decorations for Halloween 🎃 are amazing!! Chef came to make sure food was good. Got the platter and it was delicious. Sauces are one of a kind Highly recommend this saloon

The service is always slow and below average. The bartender always seems depressed. The food is average but the service and atmosphere makes you not want to eat here. Its sad because the bar is really nice. Bartenders also doesn't know any drinks at all. Basically a Jack and coke kinda place or beer. Should have a fun drink menu added and better service.

I had an amazing experience with the food and service. However, the parking lot was hazardous, with a lot of glass and nails. Unfortunately, I got a flat tire as soon as I pulled in. It looks like there's a lot of debris on the ground. Be careful!!

First of all it was freezing inside. We had terrible food and service. We got told that they were out of three things after our half of our food came out because the other half was out. Parts were missing. Order the app platter and was told that they replaced the onion rings with something, they didn’t and we requested fries. The burger was missing the sauce, the onions, we were handed a completely wrong order. We watched the cook in the back watch TV. Heard the bell for the fries and needless to say we were done eating before the overcooked cold fries came out after asking for them 5 times. Was treated like we were an inconvenience.
I been to sip n whiskey in sterling for breakfast Saturday few times in the last couple months the food is amazing and the staff is also amazing.

We were out riding the trails this weekend and made the trip out to sippin Whiskey for a few drinks and food. Can't complain with the heavy pour and the burgers were pretty darn good. I would visit again.

Nice little place. My burger was cooked just right and delicious and the onion rings actually had substance and cooked to perfection instead of burnt and crispy. Has a few tvs to watch while you wait for your food. Service was quick and pleasant and food was quick. Would definitely recommend
