I have never had such Poor service at a Big Boys. Growing up I always loved there food. Today the waitress would not even acknowledge there was supposed to be whipped cream on my apple waffle, despite the fact that it plainly said it would be there on the menu. I asked why it wasn't there and she said it doesn't come with it. My husband his meal was bland. It's just not the Big Boy I remember anymore.

The food was great. There was a bus that showed up at 6:00 and the waitresses were running and we understood that it was slow but we asked the waitress and she told us they were expected at 6:00am and they had exyrs waitresses coming but since they showed up 12 hours early. We had great food and great conversation with on friends on Valentine's Day.

We came here for dessert. The better pecan roll/sundae was good except for the lack of ice cream and no whipped topping. And they made and brought my wife's hot fudge sundae a good 3-4 minutes before I received mine. Also I'm a little OCD and our table was slanted like someone sat on it.

Servers seemed a touch rude and pushy. I dined in alone and didn't get checked up on. They brought my check with my food and made me feel like I was being pushed out the door. The food was eh and they forgot the dressing to my salad but I couldn't exactly get the waitresses attention. Overall the experience was bleh, there are far better experiences around here.

I always take my nieces and nephew their so they can remember what we used to eat. They love standing next to the big boy near the door and having their pictures taken

Food was way better than a few years ago when I last visited! I'll definitely be back again soon. For breakfast, I recommend the Loaded Potato Pancakes!

First and last time I eat here. Was just passing through traveling. The waitress was inexperienced and the food was not that good. The soup tasted old and spoiled and got sick after I eat it. Would of been better off going to McDonald's.

No veggie burgers available. The waitress said that the manager simply forgot to order them. Nice.
The service was exemplary but the food was not good. I ordered broccoli and cheddar soup and a turkey wrap. The soup wasn't soup as all fluidity was gone and it was not hot. The turkey wrap was okay, but nothing to write home about. We will not be returning.

The burgers were good. The food at the buffet needed freshening up. The bathrooms were the worst and the person who went into check them did nothing about it. Not sure we'll go back.
