8.9/10Stevensville Culver's has a lot of things going for it and only a couple issues that keep it from crossing the 9.0 rating.I'll start with the great things it has going for it. The customer service is always on point. I have eaten at this Culver's many many times and maybe I have just gotten lucky but I have never had any issues with customer service.The food is made relatively quickly and wait times are usually not terribly long. Everything is good that I've had there . Only one issue , the drink cups are VERY FLIMSY , between myself and a couple other guys I work with we had incidents of the cups collapsing and drinks being spilled . Employees are always quick to get a new cup and clean up the mess but I think the cups need IMPROVEMENT .
