The wife's chumpkin was very good. My regular coffee was super bland and odd flavor, I think it was the water? The two breakfast croissants gave us stomach issues for the rest of the day. Your window barista was very sweet and friendly.

This used to be the place I went every single day. No joke or exaggeration. That is until they hired one woman and guy. The woman argues that she cant make my drink with oat milk (even though they recommended it to me first and have been doing it for close to a year) and the guy speaks as if he is shouting and comes off condescending. It is disorienting and he constantly forces engagement in discussion over the question of the day or week. If he could focus on taking my order correctly and not giving me incorrect orders, maybe Id enjoy talking. Disappointed. Not what it used to be.

Yall if u in Stevenville and u have taste for Biggby than come to this location. They were quick, friendly, and my order was correct. I ordered sausage. Egg and cheese on plain bagel (cream cheese on both sides) with a strawberry punch cocktail 'zip redbull. SO SO DELICIOUS 😋.....

The Stevensville Biggby is the worst Biggby in the area. The order takers never know what’s going on with promotions. They don’t honor their promos posted to their own Facebook page. And they’ve caffeinated me FOUR(!!!) times when I’ve ordered decaf. That’s like $50 worth of coffee I haven’t been able to drink. The service is also insanely slow. I’ve legit waited more than 20 minutes for my order with only a couple cars in front of me. 0/10 do not recommend - drive the few minutes east or west on the highway and go to Bridgman or Benton Harbor locations. Worth the gas and time.
