Not one to complain but these were the worst breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. Warmed in a microwave? Stale bragels, sour cream cheese…I gave them to my dog bc I couldn’t stomach it.

Used the drive-thru to pick up a latte and a pup cup. The coffee was great. Yes, there may be a bit of a line, and that is to be expected with unique coffee drinks. The staff at the window were very sweet and kind. My coffee was perfect. The pup cup was Nutmeg's favorite part of the car trip.
My boyfriend and I usually go to the this bigby and have okay service. However, today we went and my boyfriend got a banana berry crème freeze and asked for no whip but to keep the sprinkles. He does not like whip cream, and this has never been an issue before. They took our order and I pull up to the window to pay when they very loudly are making fun of my boyfriend’s order in front of us. It was two young girls I have never seen before. They were both extremely rude and also burnt both of our bragels. This experience makes me no longer want to go to this location if we are going to be made fun for our order.
