The best little European bakery of the Midwest! We stopped there en route to metro Detroit area. It was a good halfway point from the Chicagoland. We spent at least 10 minutes just pondering our choices before going in line to order. Their sourdough freezes so well! We enjoyed the pretzel the same day, and we bought some cinnamon roll bread to make overnight French toast for brunch. We could have easily purchased their macarons, cookies, and cakes if we were driving home. We promise...

Wonderful breads, baked goods, and sweet desserts. I highly recommend stopping here whether to fill your pantry or just get a quick snack. The staff was very kind and quick, balancing the staggered line and me and friends debated what all to get. I will for sure be visiting again, and hopefully I’ll get even more haha

Bit of Swiss is a must go to destination if you are a fan of tasty pastries, desserts, and bread. My only complaint is that my house is NOT next door!

Our kids beg to stop when we are in the area. In fact, we visited twice in one day! These are the many items we have had:
