Ordered 2 whoppers with everything on them, 1 large fry, and 1 kids meal ketchup and cheese only. Got everything right except I stopped to make sure and nope, forgot the fries. No ketchup for them, not even asked. I'd say go to Culver's instead across the street and down not even half a block.
This was the first and only restaurant that was open during a major snow storm after celebrating our nieces Graduation at WMU. We were heading West toward Chicago and The morning staff was amazing, dedicated, professional, and our heroes as they were able to fill our hungry tummys ! They were able to grill burgers in the morning and found out BK can grill burgers in the morning!! Id choose this over competitors anytime! This staff needs a raise or bonus for risking their life to open shop during this storm!!! 0 visibility!! Thank You BK!!

Turn right round and head to Culver’s across the street or the Dairy Queen up the road.Be careful ordering here. 9.5 times out of 10 they will get it wrong. Not only will they get it wrong but it’ll be really really cold. Trying to get into the drive-through? Have fun waiting an hour to order. Imagine how long it takes to get food. And then if you order online shoot, you Better hope you get your order! Of all the BK’s there are, This one is one of the worst.

We were passing by the area and stopped here and Ta Shawn (receipt smudged so I think that is the spelling) and his front team were amazing. By FAR the best BK experience my husband and I have ever had. Food was great and he got our order quickly and correct even though it was unnecessarily complicated (3 picky kids on a road trip). Keep up the great work!

Went here during a road trip. Went in about half hour before they closed the dining room. The place clean and the staff were super friendly to my wife, my 1 yo and me. They found out my daughter had just turn one and gave a few things to like a crown. I was hoping they wouldn't be upset with us coming in so late, but it was the opposite. They were happy to help us.

I mean I guess I get it if your slammed busy but on a slow Wednesday night it’s literally too much trouble to get some Vanilla Coke What has the world come to why is everyone so freaking lazy .
