I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and ended up with a Jr. Whopper. I also ordered a half-die of fries & onion rings. Half of both were missing and they were cold as well! This was to be my dinner!! BK AND DoorDash screwed this up so badly. I’m in a Nursing Home, the food here at Pine Ridge is horrible.
I am starving and need to eat!

Husband and wife have been stopping at this BK this summer on our way home in LaPorte after the Sunday evening band concert in St Jo. We have the highest praise for the evening crew on all counts above! They deserve to be recognized for the excellent cleanliness of the restaurant along with quality food preparation that is served with a smile. R & S

Bacon melt- onions were not cut up just thrown on, the sandwich was spicy (nothing on it should have been) the onion rings and fries tasted like the oil has not been changed in months. I will not be going back

The shift manager took my money and refused to give me my food. He just shouted “I’m not the boss of the internet” and walked to the back. I asked to talk to the general manager of the store and was told no. We will never be returning to this Burger King, and corporate will be hearing about the awful experience we just had.

Couldn’t dine in there because they had the dining room closed at 8:40 pm on a Saturday. There has been many times the doors are locked before 9pm. Tried to call to double check to see if the doors were open and they never answered after letting it ring for 2 minutes. Looked in the window there was employees walking around while one was sitting at a table

We placed a drive through order. The person who "greeted" us was cordial. We requested extra mayo on sandwiches, but it didn't seem like extra when we received them. However, I did order 1 mayo pack just in case and we received 2. The sandwiches were hot and tasty. Sadly our fries were cold. Overall an ok experience.
