No one answered the phone dispute repeated calls so could not order in advance. Placed in store order to go. All in all, one hour to order a piece of fish

I ate here yesterday had the daily dish chicken and rice got a side of corn and dumplings everything came cold, and the chicken was dry. Normally I come once a month on Monday just for this meal because it’s usually delicious but this time it was horrible. 3-31-2025 5:30pm

Staff needs to know how to open vent for fireplace, and should check that before starting a fire, think that’s a safety issue, that no one knew how to open it when a fire already burning, was there other morning and got smoked due to vent being closed and then starting fire, filled place up with smoke with no compensation for being covered in smoke while trying to eat breakfast

This is the third time we've gotten "curbside" where we've had to go in. Today I had my toddler who was sick and tired and I really didn't want to have to lug him in to wait in line for pickup. After checking in at 1:10 we waited for 15 minutes. We called and got no pick up. Finally I went in and had to wait in line for another 15 minutes to get our cold food which happened to be sitting on the counter. If you can't accommodate curbside, don't offer it.

New York strip steak was cooked to perfection but meat was extremely tuff . It was very hard to cut thru and very hard to chew. .Will not order again .
