The gift shop was really cool! The food was yummy but the hot chocolate was underwhelming it tasted more like water than chocolate but that was okay. Also the staff was super friendly I would definitely come back again.
Ordered the chicken and dumplings, disappointed it only had 3 small pieces of chicken. Lots of sauce. Smaller portions noted too.

I took my dad and sister to lunch here. I've been going to cracker barrel since I was a little kid. I love that they are all similar and cozy. My favorite time to go is in the winter when they have Christmas items and the fireplace. The food was yummy still. I wanted to make sure I eat cracker barrel at least one more time before it is ruined by change.

The hashbown casserole has changed and is disgusting. Seems everything else is basically the same which is good.

This place is awful, I won't be back. Placed an online order, waited 20 minutes before I had to call and someone come out. I still tipped, didn't get the drink with my kids meal, or the 3 pieces of bacon I had to pay almost $5 for. I was so ready to go home because I dont live in town, this whole situation is very frustrating
