I picked up two blizzards from dq in stevensville Michigan a few months back and while driving home I noticed one of the blizzards they gave me was more or less just straight vanilla ice cream. Normally they don’t make mistakes here so I chalked it up to them being busy and running out of ingredients. I called the location 2 times and left a message on the their voice mail and one with a staff member but I did not get a return call from the manager like promised. I am disappointed that I wasted a lactaid on this “Mint Oreo”Please contact me DQ manager you have my number

Same taste no matter where, even state to state. Grabbed a old school two for five cheeseburger special.I was not disappointed, a little heavy on the ketchup caused multiple napkins to be used.

The people behind the counter need to buy a personality so unfriendly and the food was just warm, this place use to have great food until teenagers took over and running the show and the two blizzards we ordered had no fruit in them .

I usually have used the drive thru, and the staff are pretty unfriendly and unhelpful. They merely hand the food to you and close the window and walk away before you can ask for anything. I wanted some ketchup for my fries and the guy at the window was gone before I could even get a word in… food is mediocre…

Ice cream was icy and not silky like typical DQ ice cream, cone was lopsided and abnormally small. They wanted to charge $2 for a small pup cup… the DQ we normally go to has them for free; I understand it’s each franchises choice but $2 seems a little much in my opinion. Lesson learned for us, we will stick to our usual DQ.
