Did an online order for 3 items, mini donuts, breakfast sandwich, and a specialty iced coffee. They did not give the donuts and the iced coffee didn’t have the cold foam. This is our closest Dunkin’ and they’ve messed up our order multiple times now. We love Dunkin but at this point it’s worth it to drive a little further and try a different location.

Extremely disappointed with our visit to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Saint Joseph. We went through the drive through and waited over 20 minutes for our order even though there were no cars ahead of us. No explanation or apology was offered. The staff didn’t seem in a hurry at all, and the wait was completely unreasonable. We’ve enjoyed Dunkin’ in the past, but this location really missed the mark.

The milk steaming wand was CAKED with cooked on milk, and the person making my latte grabbed a stir spoon directly from the sanitation fluid bucket and, still dripping with sanitation fluid, stirred it into my latte in front of my eyes! Do not get a latte here! Seriously considering calling the health department.

Went there this morning 5/22 and they asked if I had the app. I said not yet and the woman rolled her eyes and sighed. She handed me my order and I left. I felt it was rude and undeserved. Really can't see going back there. I'd advise everyone avoid it too. Seems like pricing changes every time I go even when I get the same thing. Weird. Lacks consistency.

I just wanted a hot coffee. The lady working the desk saw me standing there for like 5min. She was on her phone the whole time. She burnt some food and said OH I BURN THE EGG, OH WELL. And after 10min she finally came up to me and said yeah what do you want? I'm like I HOT CUO OF COFFEE she likes oh I'm out of coffee..... WHAT THE HELL???? I walked out. Never again. Worst Dunkin I've here been to. If you see this post keep going.
