I ordered catering for a large group weeks ahead of time, and Jimmy John's really came through! When I went to pick it up, my order was already ready early. The staff was super friendly and helpful too, and everything was packed neatly and securely in a nice carrying bag, with condiments included so nothing was missing. Great experience all around, would definitely order from them again for my next event!
I was moved by my experience and driven to write this review. Clean facility, updated, and the food was perfect. The best toasted Jimmy John's sub I've had, it was actually fully toasted and just delicious. Keep up the good work!
Clean, good food but I have 2 problems and my problem that’s directed to this location is that the staff is a bit ignorant and this location is the only drive-thru that I have to literally yell at for the operator to hear me. Now second issue is that they want me to tip them at a drive through and there’s no option for 0%. I’m sorry that it may sound rude but if I’m going to tip at a restaurant it’s not going to be at a drive-thru especially. If this is a jimmy johns...
