Poor customer service when I got the cups tossed at me and after I placed my order, and told no ice tea and a gesture to where the water was located. Got my order, fish tacos, and noticed that one filet had been cut in half to fill the order, instead of 2 filets like you're supposed to get. Complained and she said basically tough, that's the way it's been a couple of months now and nothing the customer can do about it, because they are stand alone and not part of LJS corporate. The food quality is poor, the customer service is poor, and corporate could care less. Eat there at your own risk!

First thing I noticed is this place didn't smell clean, there was a bad odor. I had to ring the bell for service even though I was looking directly at an employee. I drove 30 minutes to my job to realize they gave me spoiled coleslaw, it was green & black. I tried calling 3 times & no one answered. So I drove 30 minutes back there to complain about the coleslaw & was told by the server that she wasn't going to make anymore because too much of it had already gone bad, plus no one really eats it anyway. She did replace it with fries but they weren't edible either, they were overcooked and to tough to chew. Some of my shrimp were burned also. My experience at this place has made me choose never to eat at another Long John Silver's again.

Hadn’t been here in a while and now I remember why. No one in drive thru line. Ordered three combos and took 15 minutes to get food. Drive thru employee spoke so softly couldn’t hear her on the PA or at the window. When handed our food after long wait no apology or have a good evening. Open my chicken combo and now the pieces of chicken are mini chicken strips. Many better options out there than this unless you are desperate

Everytime I order from here problems. I ordered tonight... apparently my favorite fries have been replaced by under cooked WAFFLE FRIES. If you run out of fries because your .manager is a joke, AT LEAST LEARN THAT WAFFLE FRIES FROM WALMART NEED TO BE COOKED LONGER THAN APPROVED LJS FRIES YOU TWITS! In the past had items missing, about 7 fries in one order, chicken with scant breading and often missing items. IM DONE WITH THESE CLOWNS. Attached pic of my order tonight!

Four of us visited for a quick lunch and were happily surprised at the cleanliness and great service. We haven't had Long John Silvers in years and just had a craving for it. The food was hot and tasted like we remembered.
