Staff at this location are great, particularly when ordering through the drive through. Very pleasant and friendly. I will say during the Summer this place gets super packed and sometimes has very long wait times, especially when ordering ahead via the app for in-store pickup.

This Starbucks is full of hate. I’ve even heard an employee tell a customer who was leaving the restaurant, “Have a bad day”. She’s still working there. They refused to write “Charlie “ on my cup, yet my sister went to a Starbucks in Florida and they wrote his name on the cup.

We came from out of town, and visited this starbucks 3 times! Every time we went, we were greeted, and they continued to remember us daily! Such a nice group of partners, and the drinks were made to standard everytime honestly perfect! Which is sometimes hard to find!:)

Stopped by this Starbucks and had a great experience! I was greeted with a warm smile the moment I walked in. The person who took my order was super friendly and made the interaction feel personal and welcoming.
I ordered an iced espresso—it took a little while to prepare, but that was totally understandable since the store was very busy at the time. Despite the rush, they were well-staffed and kept everything running smoothly.
Parking was easy and convenient, and although I didn’t use it, there’s a drive-thru for added convenience. Overall, a well-run location with great service. I’ll definitely be back!
30 minutes for one drink. Probably 15 employees working and a bunch training. The employees who were training with iPads had their drinks made by employees before customers did. It was actually fascinating to me how poorly ran this place was. Truly.

I had cherry cold foam for the first time on top of my drink and it was absolutely fantastic and the service was quick.
I am not a fan of them now asking for a tip through the drive-thru window and not even a percentage. But they ask if you want to tip $1, $2 or $3. It's just two invasive and I didn't even go inside.
