Delicious food, clean and comfortable dining area, peaceful and quiet. What more could you ask for? I considered quitting my corporate job and moving 2 hours away to pursue the quaint art of sandwich making in such a lovely establishment. 10/10.

Placed an online order at 5:35 pm to pick up at 6:00 pm. On arrival, order was not made and employees were confused because their online system went down at 6:05. They told me that they couldn’t receive online orders due to a system error but I told them that I placed my order before 6 pm. They also ignored another customer who placed an online order and was waiting. They did not apologize, they gave multiple excuses. And I had to tell them the name on my order multiple times and finally the third time they said my order was being made. Get some competent and apologetic staff.

Waited greater than 20 minutes at drive through with no service. Called restaurant from speaker to verify drive through open. Said yes but still no service. Left after 5 to 10 minutes more without being able to order.

We normally go to Subway in Kalamazoo regularly since we live there, but were in the Stevensville area today 6/15 afternoon. Jake and Josh did an awesome job making both of our sub and wrap and were quick, friendly, and the atmosphere is good good. They seemed to enjoy what they do. This experience and food quality was easily THE BEST experience I can ever recall at any Subway. I wish Subway was this good everywhere on every experience. Kudos to this team and location. It would almost be worth the 2 hour round trip just to come back here.

I picked up food for my husband and a couple of the kids he works with for dinner. I used the drive-thru and will not be doing that again. I was very disappointed with the way the sandwiches came out. My husband's was fine as far as I know. But the 6" Philly we got looked the same size as the kids size sandwich and was mostly bread very little meat, I think there where 2 pieces of onion, and 2 of bell peppers and it wasn't toasted. I also ordered a kids turkey sandwich with all the veggies except olives, jalapeño, and banana pepper and extra pickles. What I got was 1 tomato, 2 cucumber, 2 pieces of spinach, looked like there was about 3 tiny shreds of lettuce, 1 sliver of onion, no green bell peppers,, and 3 pickles....... very disappointing.

I don’t even know where to begin…Under trained staff, Managers cussing with teenage staff in the back that can be heard in the dining room, slowest service I’ve had any sandwich place, dirty tables and floors but staff just catching up on the daily gossip…. It was just awful. It starts with management leading those working correctly, if that doesn’t happen this place will continue to be a no-go for me. I never write reviews but this was exceptionally bad over all.

Bunch of young kids just goofing around while customers are in the store ordering food. When one employee says let's Lower the volume to the other employees they ignore it.
