Would not acknowledge me through the drive through or at the ordering window. They said they were closed when I called even tho their business hours are clearly started on the building. I was there an hour before they close.

I was having a very average day. Nothing special was going on, my favorite basketball team got win and I decided to celebrate by going to Taco Bell to get my favorite crunch wrap supreme. While I was there, I stubbed my toe on my car and was in a lot of pain. As I’m getting my food, Damneana and Hanna treated me so well. We made small talk for a little bit and their insights in the conversation were incredible. I got my food and they told me to have a good night in the sweetest way I’ve ever heard. 10 out of 10 service tonight I cannot thank them enough.

The food served at this establishment should only rightfully be fed to the dumpster. If you enjoy long nights of vomiting eat here as you will most likely become ill. This place should of been turned to little Caesars or a Wendy's...it smells like rubber inside.

Save yourself some grief and don’t go to this Taco Bell. Food 1/5 both times I’ve gone to this location. Employees are rude, and they are always out of half the stuff on the menu, not to mention the extra long waits.

Great food but countless problems . Phone don’t work goes to voicemail. Workers stand outside an tell you “no ordering” at 9pm not offering substitute. Not closing even though they’re open until 1am. First week of opening I order breakfast at 9:56am with the receipt a when I arrive it’s past 10am manager claims “sorry breakfast is over” that’s not my problem .. I ordered before the time was up just give me my food you know? No. They made me come back a different day even though the email says before time claims “we don’t get orders until you pull up” more excuses

Waited over an hour to recieve my mobile order, not only was the soda gross, our order was missing items. Claimed to be short staffed but had 3 employees watch the entire interaction happening in front of bk with the police. Disappointed is an understatement.

If someone asks for ‘no meat’ in their burrito, and the cashier selects ‘no meat’ for the burrito, you’d THINK the person making the burrito wouldn’t add meat, right? Nope! Not at this location!

They are supposed to open at 6am. Ive been sitting in the drive thru for 40 minutes and not a sibgle sign of life. The app took my money as if they were open, so thats fun

The big old white lady was rude going to the drive through. Was excited to get Taco Bell and now I might drive further to get better service. Sucks since I only live within half a mile. She needs to find something else, this isn’t the job for her.

***Edit, went today in my way to do my son back off at school, MUCH better service!!!

Can't rate the food (which is normally good) because I never got it. Waited 25 minutes and my order never got processed. I had to leave so I wouldn't be late for work. If you're in a hurry, probably not the best place to stop for fast food
