From Youngstown OH having dinner with local friends 8-30-26. Supposedly had preferred seating & waited 1&1/2 hrs. We were seated in the extremely loud obnoxious music bar area. Conversation without screaming was not an option. Food was not good. Cold watery spaghetti, sauce had 0 flavor, marinara & bolognese. All pasta dishes had an inch of water on the bottom of the plate. Complete failure of the kitchen staff. Also had no Italian bread, we were offered rye bread....
Unexpected pleasure and experience I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The ambience is perfect. The Service by Gillian was outstanding But what stands out most of the incredible food. We called at 2 pm to get preferred seating for 8 pm. We waiting for an hour and they asked us to sit in the bar area so we declined and they waited another 20 to get to any other table in the restaurant. The only reason we got seated was because I went to the hostess stand where they told us they must have rung and the buzzer was broken. The food was pretty good and the service was okay besides the fact that we were rushed because they took so long to get two people seated.
