“Wings, Etc. in Sturgis always provides an upbeat atmosphere! Love the fact that you can watch ANY game and ANY sport you want. Staff is friendly and down to earth. Food is fresh and consistent. Craft beers and cocktails better or match anyplace I've been. Great place for family and friends, lunch or dinner!“

“I think they had some past issues they've overcome. We were seated immediately as were everyone I saw walk in the door. The service was prompt and excellent and the food was typical bdubs. We were there watching the games for about 4 hours and had a great time. Amanda is a great server and the manager was awesome at putting on the games we wanted to see.“

“I as a customer made a mistake today. The manager Deniyelle helped me instead of turning me away. She didn’t talk to me like I was incompetent but she genuinely wanted to help fix my mistake. I have had another good interaction with this manager taking my order before and it goes to show that she goes above and beyond every day for her customer. “On our way back to Ohio, my 8-year-old daughter and I stopped at this Pizza Hut location for some one-on-one time after she spent a week at Miracle Camp. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, and we were seated right away by the server. Before ordering, we quickly stepped away to use the restroom.

While in the restroom, we suddenly heard loud arguing coming from the dining area. My daughter immediately covered her ears, visibly shaken and scared to return to our table. When we walked back out, we witnessed a disturbing scene: a female DoorDash driver was aggressively yelling at the male manager, repeatedly using profanity and calling him the R-word.

The manager remained as composed as he could under the circumstances. Though he did raise his voice, it was only to tell her to stop and that her behavior wouldn’t be tolerated. She ignored him and continued yelling until I finally stepped in and said, “Okay, that’s enough. I have a child here who’s terrified hearing all of this.”

The delivery driver shouted more obscenities and then stormed out. Immediately afterward, the manager told our server that our meal would be on the house. He personally came to our table to sincerely apologize for what we had just witnessed. A short while later, he returned again—this time with a cookie for us to take home, a small but thoughtful gesture that meant a lot.

This manager’s genuine concern for both his customers and his team was evident throughout. Though I didn’t get his name, he was working around noon on 7/25/25, and he absolutely deserves recognition for how he handled such a difficult situation. We were deeply impressed by his professionalism and kindness, and we will definitely return the next time we’re in the area.

“They were not busy and many of the tables were dirty. However they only appeared to have 2 workers total so it's understandable.

Parking: Plenty of parking

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and high chairs but nothing really special for the kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Seems to be up to par“

“I have to say every other experience I've had here was not a positive or happy one. However today I was pleasantly surprised by Jacob whom I believe is the manager. Had an issue with my pizza and had it taken care of quickly and efficiently. He was polite and helpful a refreshing change from the usual employees.“

“Jenny took my phone order at the Lagrange restaurant. She was very sweet, patient, and had good phone etiquette. I had to ask her name when I was done ordering bc she provided EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks, Jenny, for a great phone order experience!“

“I did a mobile order and they were out of a few things on my order. The guy at the counter was cool about it and got substitutions for everything. They didn't have the frozen coffee thing, but he made it an iced and it was great. All in all, good experience and not the usual kind of stress that comes from doing a mobile order and ordering something that the restaurant is out of. I appreciate that.“

“This was the Popeyes at the Ernie Pyle stop on the Indiana Toll Road. Service at the counter was very slow and at least half of the items on the menu screen were not available. Some of the people waiting in line started ranting about being disrespected by the long wait and thought dropping some f-bombs would help. On the positive side, the chicken sandwich and fries were excellent. The chicken was juicy and hot and the fries were fresh and plentiful. Food was great and almost made up for the long wait.“
