I ordered two grinch meals tonight got all the way home I had no shaker bags nor pickle salt what a disappointment then tried calling and I get the cellular customer is not available at this time I called the number online and this is what it tells me. Then I open my Big Mac and the meat killed like it was mangled no big deal e we just chalked it up to someone didn’t want to work today so they took our out on the customers.

What’s up with not putting napkins in the bag anymore? This is the 3rd time I’ve come thru the drive-thru and didn’t get napkins. Also, fries out of the fryer go bad/cold after 7 minutes. This is also the 3rd time where my fries have been cold, and this was at 11 AM during lunch! There’s no way cold fries should go out of that drive thru window.

This review is to praise Cassious Clay Hope for the SUPERIOR service I received today! He was polite, paid attention to other customers, as well, AND corrected the incorrect order I received immediately! I cannot tell you how many times that I've been to this location and the staff is just dismissive and cold. Thank God someone did something right by hiring him!
