Have ordered delivery several times in past. Today they decided they no longer deliver to my area 3.9 miles away. yes, 3.9 miles. When questioned on this the manager became rude. To top it off they then "forgot" to put the included marinara in with the two orders of breadsticks. They lost my business today. Our large family orders pizza a couple times a month. Not from Pizza Hut any more.
online offers to deliver it to my home. allowed me to place the order before I received a call saying they could do carry out. need to correct the online to exclude where they won't deliver.
I called and placed an order for delivery, just a personal pizza, and was promised it would be done in 15-20 minutes.
After an hour I call the store back to check on my order just for them to tell me they have no record of me calling whatsoever.
No offer of compensation for my time, and rather than being understanding, I was met with rude behavior from their workers.
Talk about customer service.
