Nick is great and is an amazing master pumpkin grower... There is a shop, deli, greenhouses, fields, it's warm and friendly and sophisticated yet casual. Its very much a NAPA valley kinda vibe minus the NAPA valley price tag or pretension.

If you go early enough you wont have to wait in line...we love the baked goods and soups. The pizza's are awesome...the team behind the counter has always bent over backwards for us. Last holiday, I called and inquired about a Dijon mustard that they carry, that my wife loves, we heard they were going to discontinue carrying it and we couldn't find anywhere else. They had 14 left, so I bought 12 as a stocking stuffer...guess who bought the other 2, yes my wife...sorry Leelanau county for hogging all of the mustard. :)
Amazing pastries but super lax hygiene - I keep finding hair baked into the bread. You can literally see them in the back preparing the dough with no hairnets. I’ll stick to their prepackaged section in the future.

What a lovely place worth the journey, and oh my what big pumpkins! ❤️ Love the display of deliciousness. Sparkling clean and very pleasant atmosphere.
We love this bakery! My favorite bread is the sea salt fennel, its amazing for toast with jam, sandwiches or all on its own! My favorite pastry is the almond croissant, so yummy! We like to visit for lunch and the tomato soup is a must for sandwich dipping!! I didn't get any food pics this time, because my little one was having so much fun playing in the pumpkins
9 bean row did not disappoint with selections. I will travel far for good pastries. After getting a notice on my feed , we had to stop during our M22 color tour which most places were slower with crowds to our benefit. We both got sandwiches and loaded up with baked goods for the road trip back home. Loved all the fresh baked goods and hearty farm to table menu. Pizza patio was closed for the season. I will be back.
