Make sure to make your reservation before coming in! We spent over $600 staying at the Polaris and were unable to get a table at the only restaurant here. We waited for over 40 minutes for dinner the night we checked in and were rejected for the Sunday brunch the next day even though there were still plenty of tables outside. This is not the service we expected for paying this amount of money. Or at least put in a notice about it when reserving a hotel room. The place is pretty...
I wanted to share our experience, we arrived on Saturday May 10 at 6:15pm to enjoy dinner and live music (Restaurant closing at 8pm). Once inside we noticed several empty tables and thought great, we can get some dinner. The hostess was kind and asked if we had a reservation, I hadn't thought to make one and indicated we did not.. She said they were full and couldn't seat us. Sadly, we left and returned to our vehicle to search for another place to eat will visiting...
Truly a special meal. This was BETTER than the photos. Every single thing we ate (baked mozzarella, parfait, salmon Benedict, apple pancake) was so incredibly delicious. Honestly the best meal of the trip. Service was also wonderful. So glad we made the trip out here.
