We went this past Wednesday night about 7. We sat in the bar area for 20 minutes and were never waited on. We walked out with another table that was there before us.
Food was great, but service was poor. It took way too long to be greeted by a server, she would then disappear for long periods of time. Also, we didn’t receive the promo envelope as advertised at the end of our meal and gave up waiting for her to return to ask about it. We will probably return because the food and beer was delicious, but we will remember to sit by the bar in order to be more visible to the inattentive waitstaff.
I came In this afternoon to watch the Tiger playoff game against Cleveland. Was by myself, just wanted to watch game, since I could not get it at my house. Got there at the start of the game, sat at a high top table. Not busy, had waitresses. Did not get waited on until half way thru the bottom of the 6th inning! This would never had happened in my restaurant. No guest awareness 😫‼️
