Worst experience in a drive thru waited 1 hours and didn’t get my food

I’ve been waiting 45 minutes for my order in counting and when I asked about it they replied “I don’t do kiosk orders someone else does” never got an update on my food and will probably be at least another 15 minutes to be honest.

They have a decent amount of vegan options. I like the Crunchwrap supreme minus dairy-add potatoes and guac. Black bean chalupa too. Not a bad option when on the road.

JUST DON'T.... The girl at the window was nice but the food 🫣, nasty! We got beef on a burrito 🌯 that was for our daughter who doesn't eat meat and definitely wasn't what we ordered, tossed it in the trash 🤮. It was a complete mess as well as another item we ordered. Gross, we usually regret getting Taco Bell, but this was the worst experience yet!

Tuesday, March 4th around 7pm I placed a mobile order. I ordered about 10 minutes before I arrived to the store. When I walked in I seen a few guests leaning near the front counter waiting. I stood in the store from 7:20pm to 8:05pm before I even heard my name get called. It's a slow night. How can taco bell possibly take that long? Now there's about 10 of us guests in the lobby still waiting for our mobile orders. This store is usually very good but something was very wrong tonight

My location closed 3 hours early, and the one employee was EXTREMELY rude. She told me the nearest one was 7 minutes away. I t was over 15 minutes away, and they were out of half the stuff I wanted to order. Service was truly horrible.. I'm probably NEVER going back. The location was in West bloomfield on Orchard Lake

Bad attitude, no smiles, forgot my green sauce. Honestly, this place deserves to go to the way of its neighbors. Make room for a chain that doesn’t make their workers miserable to the point they gotta be rude to the customers.

I was just calling them to ask what the green sauce for the burrito was made of and three different Taco Bells and they wouldn't answer their phone! One plugged into a fax machine and one kept picking up the phone and hanging up right away and they took the phone off the hook so I wouldn't call back! I looked all over the site first and found no info on the green sauce! This is no way to run a business! You have lost my business! For every call I made it was like a slap in the face and that was disrespectful! Can you afford to lose business?
