I was just calling them to ask what the green sauce for the burrito was made of and three different Taco Bells and they wouldn't answer their phone! One plugged into a fax machine and one kept picking up the phone and hanging up right away and they took the phone off the hook so I wouldn't call back! I looked all over the site first and found no info on the green sauce! This is no way to run a business! You have lost my business! For every call I made it was like a slap in the face and that was disrespectful! Can you afford to lose business?

Never reviewed a taco bell before.. this one deserves it, just moved near the area and I have to say I am so pleasantly surprised to have such a consistent delicious taco bell nearest me. Food is an A+ everytime, and customer service has only left more to be desired 1 time out of 4 or 5. You can tell the employees make the food as if they were the ones going to be eating it, and if you visit most of the taco bells around the country, that is not the case. KIWii was so friendly..I sat and ate and watched them interact with several customers. These days it's rare to see such attention and extra friendly at that from fast food staff. Place was clean and the food was good..dont ever get rid of the nacho frys..

Drive thru order taker had me repeat every item on my order multiple times. And still got it wrong. Upon being at the window I noticed the order taker had headphones on. I immediately corrected at the window what was wrong and employee claimed they "didn't hear" me say it despite me saying it THREE times at the speaker lmao. Then proceeded to slam the window shut. I've worked fast food and I get it, it sucks and we have bad days but it's your job and you're getting paid to be friendly. Terrible service.

If you're looking for a cute and fun spot to get tacos with your friends and fam, this is NOT it. Personally i've went through this drive thru numerous times, excitement filling my heart, for the cheesy, crunchy goodness that awaits me. Every time I went through this drive thru the worker was EXTREMELY rude. Her customer service skills were horrible at best, dropping remarks such as "we not finna do this PERIODT" and "you not finna order GOODBYE". She even kicked my friends and family out of the drive thru, eyes welling with tears as we turned our wheels out of the realm of the crunch wrap supreme. This taco bell worker has brought shame to the beautiful township of keego harbor and i've spent many a sleepless nights pondering the harm it has caused me and any future customers.
Food is not my problem with this Taco Bell. I don't like the new system that you have to use the kiosk to order. An older woman came in after me and was told she had to use it or use drive thru if she didn't know how to use the kiosk. I know restaurants are changing to this but I had a 80 yr old dad who don't use any technology and never will snd eats out every day after his walk at the mall. It's a shame this will not be possible for our elderly or even younger generations who want to order at a register will not be able to.
