I have never had good service at this Taco bell. I keep giving it a chance because i thought it was that staff member and did not want to write off the whole establishment. But nope, its just the people they hire. If you go there anytime after midnight, the chance of getting food is 50/50. The late night staff just say they are closed or "Doordash Only". Which is not true at all or posted anywhere on their website. This place needs to pay attention to the people they hire because the poor service is driving away business.

I refuse to order food on a kiosk when I walk into a restaurant. Corporations need to wake up and realize they can't get rid of half of their employees and replace them with self checkout.

Drive thru workers are beyond rude, food is kind of okay, but the girl running the window needs an attitude check. And please stop lying to me when I ask for hot sauce packets and you say “you ain’t got none” and then I pull around and walk inside and you have buckets of them in the lobby. I’d rather you just flat out tell me that reaching over to hand me the hot sauce is just too hard for you. Sad. Also sad that this excuse of a taco I just ordered was $3. I miss when this place was just sub par and not complete trash.They also refused to give me my receipt because they knew I would complain. Wild.
