Kailee was amazing! Even though they were clearly shorthanded, she handled the start of the lunch rush all by herself with calm, speed, and a smile. She kept things moving smoothly and stayed friendly the whole time. Super impressed—she’s a total rockstar under pressure!

The employee that waited on us was rude!! when u asked for ketchup he gave a smart ass remark. Never going back to the Burger king in Tawas. Horrible, horrible, horible.

This Burger King is generally well-maintained and clean, and I’ve been especially impressed by how effectively they’ve kept the May flies out of the lobby—a challenge this time of year. During my visits, I’ve noticed multiple team members actively cleaning the dining area, which reflects well on the management. Kudos to the GM for maintaining high standards. I stopped by during peak hours today, and despite the rush, my sandwich was made perfectly—hot, neatly assembled, and just as I ordered it. My Fries were hot. Travis also made sure my bag included napkins and sauce, which I really appreciated. I’ve visited this location several times before without anything standing out—until recently. There’s a new morning employee (I’m not certain of her name—possibly Kyla, Kaylee, or Kelsee), and she has really made an impression. She’s consistently cheerful, quick to assist her coworkers in different roles, and brings a genuinely welcoming and attentive presence, even during busy or stressful moments. It’s been a noticeable and positive change, and I felt it deserved recognition.
