This has to be the best views of any Burger King in Michigan, and possibly the U.S. You get the beauty of the lake with your typical fast food, which is a balanced meal

No greeting at window. Half full, cold fries. Stale bun, obviously old chicken patty. No thank you. No receipt given or I would have complained (to be ignored like previous complaint) to their franchisee.
Just cannot be a customer anymore. Not worth the money.

I ordered whoppers without onions. Unfortunately, they couldn't even get the order right. They came with onions and were terrible.
It's the perfect place for rock hard hashbrowns and flattened breakfast sandwiches.

Took 10 min to get our order taken at the counter. Then the order was wrong. Watched 11 cars go thru the drive thru. Still dont have our order.watched every person that came in take 5 plus minutes to get their order. Waited over 30 min to get my sandwich. And still no sandwich. Extremely poor service. Food was cold. Still no sandwhich.. been over 45 minutes. Asked for my money back. Refused to refund my money...
Walked in and stood by register waiting for someone, anyone to acknowledge us. Finally a girl with headset and tats all over her arms said “im ready” . No hello , welcome to Burger King. These young people are in their own little world. Very sad.

As a Burger King, my custom order was cheerfully prepared by the manager. This exceeded expectations.
Two cars at the window when we pulled up to speaker to order, told to wait...both cars pull out onto the road and still we wait, another minute passes and someone finally takes our order. Pull up to pay and we are told to pull away from the window to wait for our order (1 wrap) with NOT A SINGLE PERSON ANYWHERE, except us. This is standard practice at this place. Are they truly so stupid that they cannot handle more than one order at a time? Apparently YES!!! Good luck in the summer when they actually get busy. No longer a Burger King customer. Ridiculous!
