I order my food drive thru a burger and fries. Had to wait for the order which was fine. Got the food and went to the gas station across the street while pumping gas found my fries to be cold and stale. Burger was fine. Had I not had to wait some time for a small order or been busy this wouldn't have bothered me. But for the one thing I did pay for, the fries, should not have been cold and stale.
Honestly the breakfast is ok, burgers gone down hill when I can get better for the price at Culver's, not a fan of having to use a kiosk to order. Not a place to get a good burger, if you are hungry for a mediocre burger McDonald's is your place.their scales are good when working.
I dislike the automated ordering process. I usually ask for extra sauce on my Big Mac, but I cannot do that via the automated device. I then have to stand at the counter and hope that a real, living person will ultimately appear.
