3 times now they have forgotten something in my online order, but some of that is on me for not checking the bag before I get home I guess. No complaints otherwise.
Went through drove thru. Order was correct they remembered my sauce and even complimented my sweater. The food was made well and could tell it was fresh. Honestly one of the best taco bell experiences I've ever had.

Ordered a steak chalupa and got a lettuce chalupa. Obviously luch shift on a Tuesday doesn't care.

I was in the drive thru paying for my food, and the young kid was very nice to me and I could tell he was stressed out. A lady then comes up behind him, screaming at him “what was the order” about 5 times. And you could tell he was busy with his costumer, which was me & counting my money obviously stressing out. And she just kept yelling at him and saying rude things to him which caused him to walk out, then she proceeded to say “k bye” to him. I felt so bad for him, he was very nice and obviously just confused. That lady should not be able to work there if she talks to other people like that. I feel so sorry for that kid.

Our favorite Taco Bell! We always stop by on our way up North and the food is always fast, fresh, hot and delicious! Wayyyyy better than our big city Taco Bell. The employees are super nice and the place is always clean. Highly recommend!

Stopped in to grab some lunch and was disgusted at the way a manager treated an employee that put in their 2 wk notice because they acquired other employment. She repeatedly called this poor woman a liar infront of everyone. She claimed she was not telling the truth about why she was putting in her notice. This is disgusting behavior to do infront of customers and staff. This General Manager named Trista should be fired for the way she behaved infront of customers and employees and for the way she treated that poor woman. I now know why she sought other employment. If she is treating her that way infront of everyone I can only imagine how she treated her and others behind closed door's. Come to find out another employee walked out today. DO BETTER TRISTA. YOUR JUST A TACO BELL MANAGER ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS.

I took a bite and thought maybe the meat is on the other side? No, the entire taco had the tiniest littlest smallest scrape of meat. I literally couldn't even taste it ? thought I could fill up, but now I just have to find more food because I'm just eating a shell, cheese and lettuce.

Absolutely love the spicy potato soft tacos, but i hate when the potatoes are stale and crunchy. The worst part is, is that i know the workers know that they are not longer fresh. Just wish they could put a little more effort into their job to provide fresh food.
