Every time I order a strawberry freeze they’re “out” of it. Ordered on the app and this was what their management considers a “full” cup. quite disappointing

People are very negative in this space, all of my tacos were in a hundred pieces I couldn’t even eat them. The staff rolls eyes and huffs and puffs at customers, very unprofessional.. I wasn’t happy with my experience ALTHOUGH Alexis, the little customer service girl in the window is GREAT, so nice and sweet and relatable. Should hire more like her, and weed out the bad ones. Wish the best for Ms. Alexis!

Best Taco Bell literally ever! Food is always fantastic and customization is always correct! The workers are all very friendly and I actively try to get people I know addicted to this Taco Bell. It’s always a good time!

Best experience ever! Alexis stood up to a bully that was taunting my 12 tear old. Amen to her! There should be 💯 % more of her inspiration in the world! My son,& friends still can't stop talking about..their best taco bell day,& food..EVER!! They called their parents and let them know how amazing she truly is,& made them feel like a person!

Had one of the WORST experiences at this place. (Actually I had several bad ones but this last one was what set me over the edge). I went to drop something off to someone and grab some food and got yelled at and told to pull to the front and wait for the person. (Which is fine) after a five-ten minutes I gave up due to having an angry toddler and needing to get my husband from work. I didn’t even get the chance to order food. After I picked my husband up I sent him in to try to get everything done and he came out within a minute due to how the manager treated him. I understand being annoyed at us dropping something off but there are correct ways to handle it.

Very hostile store. The assistant general manager Lori yelled at my wife in the drive through and also yelled at me when I entered the establishment. I was dropping something off to my cousin and was going to pick up food, but was mean mugged and told to leave because they were in a core walk. You will never be getting my money again and I would like to talk to someone from corporate of this store to also talk about this unprofessional encounter I had.

It takes 10 times longer to order via computer menu than if given verbally. No menu visible. Each item has to be ordered individually via computer including sauces and onions (on a chalupa?). The side of chips and cheese - chips were broken up. Table was wobbly. Onions were .29 cents extra sold as a side but they said it was on the chalupa. My wife saw one itsy-bitsy piece of onion even though the menu pic shows it in a separate small cup. Bottom line - this is my last visit to a Taco Hell.

I grew up with taco bell when it had real beans, real beef, crisp onions and firm tomatoes inexpensive but fresh. Unfortunately the flavors I remember are gone... It's just another chemical factory.
In the fast food marketplace... The lesser of many evils in the fast food world.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The service here is maybe the most tremendous thing I’ve ever been apart of and I’ve been apart of a lot of bad things. NEVER COME HERE. Taco Bell committee needs to fire every worker here.

So upon pulling into the wrong drive thru lane, I had to change lanes to order off the menu. Ok my fault I guess. Drove to the second window to pay for the food. A young woman handed me back the card after she rang the order up. I took the time I had waiting for the order and was staring at the beautiful Lake Huron , and I hear sir your order. So I proceeded to stop daydreaming about the water and turned my head to the left to receive the order when a guy scared the living heck out of me , he had black hair and black lipstick on . Now I know what kind of world we are living in today and all. But I don’t want to be flabbergasted at a drive thru of Taco Bell . He looked as if he was part of the Adam’s family.
