This is the most expensive Taco Bell around. I came back from LA last week, the prices in LOS ANGELES CALIFORNIA were significantly cheaper. We're talking a place where gas costs over 5$/gallon. Taco Bell is cheaper there. It's cheaper in Oscoda as well. This location in particular taxes for being in a tourist town only there are no tourists most of the year and the locals end up paying more. If they charged normal prices they would get more orders and make more money. Raising prices is not the answer to low customer counts. Good luck spending less than 10$ a person. You want to add beans? Just under a dollar for a scoop. No serious amount of "but inflation!" justifies the price hikes seen here. The build your own combo deal was 5$ for AGES, even in late 2023, now it's over 10$ (3/14/24) how do you double the price over the course of a month or two and think that's fine people will keep doing this. It's cheaper to go to Mango's in Tawas and get authentic Mexican food. The ownership needs to take notice and change course. There's a reason why Walmart is so profitable and it's not because they charge exuberant prices.

After having many bad TB experiences in Michigan this location was honestly refreshing and one of the best we've had in a long time.Food was quick after ordering in the touchscreens, hot and correct first time.If you visit during the holiday period, check out the lovely decor the staff have put together including the cute village on one of the tables.Definitely recommend if you're heading up north or home!Parking: Not the largest amount of parking and it's a little odd leaving through the drive thru lane but easy enough to find a space

Vegetarian options: Believe it or not. Taco Bell is one of the first places to have offered healthier vegetarian options. Before these recent times of vegetation options being as popular as they are now. Taco Bell just offered them without a second thought about it. No hype. No wave to catch. Just bringing good quality food options to the customers.

I did a mobile order from the parking lot and went in to use the restroom before picking up my food. The food was ready before I even got out of the bathroom! I have never had such quick service from a Taco Bell (and I eat a lot, maybe too much). I also appreciated the little slip of paper in my food box that had a direct contact to the store manager incase I had any issues with my food. I didn't have any issues, but have had issues at other Taco bells and it was a pain letting someone know.

My wife and I went to order there under the impression that our friend worked there. When it came time to announce the name on our order, one of the employees there with blonde hair a.k.a "Karen" went on and called me a douche in front of the entire store. When I went to confront her about this, she lied and then started mouthing back off inappropriately. Do not eat at this store. Poor service. Poor food. Poor personalities.

I love the food. I went through the drive thru last night about 9 pm and I had a lady come on the intercom and tell me to make my choice so we could move along in her rude voice and I didn't like that. I work in fast food and get the pressure that we are under. If I did that I would be fired the next day.

We were in town for an unpleasant situation and this Taco Bell became our "go-to" place for a quick bite. The staff is wonderful and really helpful, restaurant super clean, and I was surprised to find that I could actually eat healthy at a fast food restaurant. Highly recommend this location!!!!
Orders are always wrong and the quality is consistently terrible. On the positive side, the staff is nice!

Skimped on my grilled cheese burrito and giving quarter portions of protein/rice. Feel cheated out of my cost for the burritos, which are not a value item on the menu. Cinnamon twist and tortillas drenched in oil I can’t even taste the food. Had these experiences multiple times. Going to another Taco Bell moving forward, I am a fan of the franchise, and purchase the same food products every time so I know exactly what I should expect. This place gets a few things wrong consistently. I really wish I could take my money back and go to another TB that will serve the adequate portions. It’s just the closest to my place. This is just my experience. Very disappointing. Paid $20 for what felt like value menu section food. The Mexican pizza was drenched in oil, the grilled cheese burritos are undersized. I am freaking hungry and half of this food is getting thrown out. Now I have to go buy more food. Big middle finger to this Taco Bell. Not. Coming. Back.

Honestly I'm not one to leave a bad review on abusiness let alone a fast food place but I don't know if the girl working was being nice or petty that I ordered a 12 pack taco box and asked for a coupl3 of the kinds of sauces. I came home questioning why she handed me 105 and counting sauces. I had a long day with my four kids and fam last thing I want to do is be treated like that . I can see hooking me up but a whole bag. 105 after i used sauces on taco and counting . I work at bk so im not d*** and know how fast food works. sorry for the review
